2. If any customer want any modification or any new feature to be added in his/her product then money will be charged according to his/her requirements.
3. One pack of our product contains, circuit card, 3 pair of dice, remote control & charger, if any customer demands any extra device/any of the part/equipment, he/she will be charged accordingly.
4. At the time of delivery, if customer if not able at home or due to any reason he/she is not able to receive our product, we will not be responsible for that, he/she must contact his/her area courier service by which his/her product has been sent and in that case his money will not be refunded.
5. The customer is responsible for the address given by his/her for the delivery of the product.
6. Product will be sent by any good courier service available in the customer area.
7. Order will be made by email remotecontroldiceindia@gmail.com only.
8. Product will be delivered within 10-12 working days.
9. If any customer, complaints about our product after 7 days, after receiving our product, his complaint will not be entertained and no money will be refunded.
